Rentals are available 7 days  a week

Rental fee includes:

       Use of  Banquet room for up to 6 hours on location

       Our ALL Inclusive Package   $6000 for 50 people

                                ( $120 per person ) ++

       4 hours reception in Banquet hall

       DJ for 4 hours, Events Done Right Tampa Bay

        Custom Backdrop with full uplights around the room

        4 hours open bar, Bar Artistry inc Beer, wine, and Soda. ( mixed drinks may be added ) 

        4 Hours unlimited Professional Photography, TTL Studios with all printing rights

        Delectables menu below with linens and buffet dinner and Hors D'ouvers

Located just minutes from Clearwater Mall on Route 60 with easy access and plenty of free parking. You are welcome to cater your self  from many of the local restaurants all within 1 mile of the location: ( must be licensed, caterer)

     ( copy of the insurance must be submitted min of 7 days before the event ) 

David’s Bridal is just ½ a mile away in the mall in case of that last-minute emergency
